Our three-year-old program at The Learning Center is designed to nurture curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning through engaging, hands-on experiences. Each day begins with learning through play—encouraging imagination, cooperation, and discovery in a safe and joyful environment.
As our 3s continue to grow, we focus on number recognition (1–20), Bible memorization, and the introduction of phonics-based reading. Each alphabet letter is taught phonetically and reinforced through songs, stories, and creative activities. Weekly learning themes such as Arctic Animals, Community Helpers, and Career Week provide opportunities to connect academic goals with real-world wonder.
Children also enjoy time outdoors, art exploration, and age-appropriate group learning that supports both academic and spiritual growth. Our goal is to provide a balanced foundation where each child feels loved, capable, and eager to learn more every day.

My husband and I live in Burlington with our two boys, Mason, who is 6, and Callan, who just turned three. I'm so thankful that both of them have gotten to be a part of TLC. In my free time, I enjoy getting outdoors with my family, hosting game nights, and gardening.
This is my fifth year with The Learning Center. I'm blessed that I've had the opportunity to point kids to Jesus during my time here. I love teaching little ones and watching how much they grow socially and academically in such a short time! I'm so happy that I get to build such lasting relationships with my students and their families for years to come. I'm excited to begin a new year and help make your child's learning experience memorable.

I am the fourth oldest of ten siblings so I have been around children my entire life! I am a certified cosmetologist and am also employed at Emm+Ell.
I began my adventure with The Learning Center in the spring of 2023. I never imagined how much joy it would bring to be able to teach little ones. I love the students' sense of wonder, their wit, and their ability to learn quickly. I look forward to a wonderful year!
